Refunds and Chargebacks

Illegitimate chargebacks will be contested and may be sent to collections for the original amount, with the addition of a $35 fee. Bumble Bee Botanicals does not assume the responsibility of return shipping costs on any returned products for any reason. All orders are adequately packed and inspected before shipment to you. If you would like to request a refund, please send an email to sales@bumblebeesd.com or fill out our contact form. Please include your name, order number, and the reason you are requesting a refund in your message. If a refund is granted, we will provide return shipping instructions, including the address to send all unopened product associated with your order.

Shipping Restrictions

Kratom is regulated or prohibited in some U.S. states and municipalities.
